Northport Youth Cheerleading has split now into two leagues. The re-branded Long Island Knights league and a new Northport Youth league. The Long Island Knights Cheerleading program continues to have a strong commitment to excellence and community involvement. The program’s coaches continue to be dedicated to developing the girls’ skills, confidence, and teamwork, and they work hard to create a positive and inclusive environment for all participants. Long Island Knights Cheerleading is an integral part of not only the Northport Community, but Harborfields, Commack, and Elwood. The program is still based on the principles and rich history that made it such a success over 12 years.
